This past week rising sophomore Shawn Jiminez took part in the virtual National Junior Classical League Convention with over 1,000 students from across the US. He joined an Open Certamen team (Latin quiz game) and came in third overall. He only had one opportunity participate in Certamen competition this year and still was able to compete on the National level. Congratulations, Shawn! You made Gardiner JCL proud!
