Due to the incoming storm, MSAD 11 schools will have a remote learning day on Thursday, February 13. Students will be going home with learning packets or will have access to Google Classroom materials. If you signed up for lunches on remote days, they will be sent home with your student today.

A message from Mrs. Benedict & Mr. Henderson
REGARDING TODAY'S DRAMA CLUB AUDITIONS: We just received permission from the Superintendent to hold 2pm auditions today as long as students understand we will have no bathroom access. Any student unable to return at 2 can contact Mr. H. or Mrs. B to do a virtual audition tomorrow (if the forecast featuring a remote day still occurs). I know this plan is not ideal, but this situation is unique.
**This was approved based on the understanding that kids would only be in the building for 20 to 30 minutes and would then leave.**

Congratulations to the GAHS Students of the Month for January:! (r to l) Paige McGee, Wyatte LaPan, Oliver Murphy, and Olivia Marquis.

Good morning, this is Pat Hopkins, MSAD 11 Superintendent of Schools. As anticipated, today schools in MSAD 11 will be dismissed early due to today’s weather. The middle and high schools will be dismissed at 11 am and the elementary schools will be dismissed at 12 pm. The Central Office will close at 1 pm. Enjoy the snow and please stay safe.

Pat Hopkins, Superintendent of Schools in MSAD11: I am closely monitoring tomorrow’s weather, which, as of now, is expected to bring snow starting midday. I want to inform you that I am considering an early dismissal tomorrow based on the current forecast and predicted road conditions. While a final decision will be made tomorrow, I understand how disruptive an unplanned early dismissal can be, so I wanted to share my current thoughts to help families plan ahead.
Again, any change to the school day due to weather will be announced tomorrow. Have a great evening!

BusRight will launch on Wednesday, January 15th.
Invitations to download the BusRight app will be sent to parent/guardian emails on Wednesday, January 15th. Emails will come from support@busright.com with the subject “You’re Invited to BusRight,” and will contain a link to create an account with BusRight.
The BusRight app will allow you to follow your child’s bus route to and from school in real time, receive notifications when the bus begins and ends its route, view the expected arrival time at your child’s bus stop, and receive alerts from the MSAD #11 Transportation Department.
We’re working closely with the BusRight team to ensure a smooth roll-out. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to make improvements and perfect the system!
Please be sure your student’s school has your correct email address on file.
Questions or issues regarding the use of the BusRight app should be directed to support@busright.com.
As always, questions about your child's bus stop or route should be directed to the Transportation Office at (207)582-6663 or by email to Transportation_office@msad11.org.
