What is your favorite musical moment in high school? - Playing on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
How has being involved in the high school music department impacted you? - I have grown more of an appreciation for music, even more so than I had previously had. I understand now what makes good music and how emotion shapes good music.
What words of wisdom would you share with the underclassmen music students? - Put effort into your music class. I'm not saying make it dead serious and not have fun, but try to learn how to play the piece and play it well, because it's a lot more fun if everyone can perform the piece well and you can all brag about how good you are at the bass clarinet or piccolo.
Congratulations, Chase! Thank you for your dedication to the band and chorus and for sharing your musical talents with us for all of these years!!
