A Letter To The Community…
Dear Members of the Community:
As required by State law, MSAD11 provides certain documents, upon requests, to the public. As part of our efforts to operate with transparency and engage the community, we welcome the opportunity to be accountable to our citizens. We embrace our obligations under State public records laws.
In keeping with State law, we have a formal process to handle such requests. More information about this process can be found below.
It is important to note that, considering the importance of meeting State requirements and in keeping with our commitment to transparency, much time and effort goes into providing these documents. While we work diligently to provide transparency, there may be times of high volume or circumstances surrounding staffing capacity that may delay the timeliness of requests. As a result, we cannot reply to your request as quickly as we may like. We apologize for this.
As noted, we take our responsibility to provide transparency to the public very seriously and we welcome the opportunity to share information. Please know that you are always welcome to attend School Board meetings, held monthly. The Board’s agendas, minutes and other information is posted on our website.
